We are now recruiting for a receptionist person to join the team at Paul Simon Homes. The position will be based in our Palmers Green office. If you feel you meet the requirements below please get in touch today for an interview.
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5 pm
Friday 8 am to 4 pm
Provide front desk representation, clerical support, and customer service
- Greet all visitors, offer refreshments and inform appropriate staff of their arrival
- Answering telephones and taking messages
- Scheduling meetings and allocating conference rooms accordingly
- Stock control of office stationery and supplies and placing orders
- Keeping reception, kitchen, and storage areas clean and tidy at all times
- Assist with catering for meetings/directors lunches etc.
- Sort incoming mail and distribute
- Franking outgoing post and taking to post office daily
- Photocopying / printing / filing
- Taking banking to bank / Cutting keys, and any other general errands
- Booking company cars in for servicing, mots etc (when required)
- Logging company car drivers
Must be able to drive, have good communication skills over telephone and face to face.
