We are pleased to announce that we have gained planning permission for Partial demolition and redevelopment of the site to provide 29 residential units and an A3 restaurant use at the ground floor, with associated, parking,
landscaping and other associated works.

The Naseby Hotel is located just south of the town centre and fronts a wide pavement adjoining the west side of Sheep Street. Kettering is located within the East Midlands, which is approximately half way between the A1 and M1 motorway networks, adjacent to the A14 link dual carriageway. This area is ideal for commuters offering easy access to London and beyond.

The Naseby Hotel (formally The George Hotel) comprises a vacant 41-bed hotel including singles, doubles and suites.  Access via Sheep Street leads to a rear car park with space for approximately 15 vehicles. This entrance also leads to a two storey Lodge with seven bedrooms and to a function room. The Hotel area offers approx. 22,800 sq. ft and the Outbuilding approx. 1,875 sq. ft.
